Tesv Exe 0xc00000ba Fix
- Right click on the program shortcut or program.exe file, then click on Properties, and on the Compatibility tab. Check the 'Run this program as an administrator' box, and click on OK.

Possible fix for 'Couldn't find TESV.exe (self.enderal) submitted 2 years ago by ThatOneGuy1294 So the latest version of Enderal Launcher (1.1.0.4) seems to have problems finding TESV.exe.
Hello,I'm at my wits end, get the 'press ok to terminate application' dialog soon after logon.
After that; no desktop icons, right click functionality or taskbar. Basically the shell isn't running.
So I can limp along with cmd, task manager, 3rd part tools & most things can still be got to work.
Obviously tho I want to fix this and wonder if its malware.

Unfortunately jumped in at the deep end and did an xp repair install first which has nuked my restore points.
Various virus/adware scans turn up nothing.
The behaviour is across all accounts & in safe-mode.
